سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق "الدفتر الآمن" (النسخة المحدثة)
نحن في تطبيق "الدفتر الآمن" نولي أهمية قصوى لخصوصية مستخدمينا وحماية بياناتهم الشخصية والمالية. تشرح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية جمعنا، استخدامنا، وحمايتنا للمعلومات عند استخدامك لتطبيقنا. استخدامك للتطبيق يعني موافقتك على الممارسات الموضحة في هذه السياسة.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
لتقديم خدماتنا المحاسبية بشكل متكامل، نقوم بجمع وتخزين البيانات التالية التي تقدمها لنا طواعية:

* البيانات المالية والمحاسبية: تشمل كافة العمليات التي يدخلها المستخدم مثل (المشتريات "الشروات"، المبيعات، المصروفات اليومية، وحركة الصناديق). يتم مزامنة هذه البيانات لحمايتها من الفقدان.
* بيانات الجهاز: لا نجمع معلومات أساسية عن نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل لأي غرض تسويقي أو تتبعي.
2. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك؟
نستخدم البيانات التي نجمعها للأغراض التالية:
* تقديم الخدمة وإجراء الحسابات التلقائية (معالجة الأرقام لإنشاء التقارير).
* إدارة الحسابات والتحقق من هويتك لتفعيل الحساب عبر الإدارة المركزية.
* التواصل وإرسال الإشعارات وتحديثات النظام.
3. الأذونات (الصلاحيات) التي يطلبها التطبيق
* الوصول إلى الإنترنت (Network/Wi-Fi): لمزامنة البيانات وحفظها بشكل آمن على خوادمنا.
4. طريقة تخزين البيانات ونقلها وحمايتها
* النقل والتشفير: يتم نقل بياناتك بين هاتفك وخوادمنا عبر قنوات اتصال آمنة ومشفرة (مثل بروتوكول HTTPS).
* التخزين والحماية: يتم تخزين البيانات في خوادم سحابية آمنة. نطبق معايير أمان صارمة لمنع الوصول غير المصرح به. لا يمكن لأي شخص أو جهة الاطلاع على بياناتك المالية.
* النسخ الاحتياطي: يتم عمل نسخ احتياطي دوري لبياناتك عند اتصالك بالإنترنت لضمان استعادتها عند فقدان أو تغيير جهازك.
5. الخدمات الخارجية (الطرف الثالث)
التطبيق مستقل بذاته، ولكنه قد يعتمد على خدمات استضافة سحابية آمنة وموثوقة (مثل خوادم استضافة قواعد البيانات) لتخزين البيانات ومزامنتها. هذه الجهات الخارجية ملزمة باتفاقيات سرية صارمة ولا تملك أي صلاحية للوصول إلى بياناتك المالية أو استخدامها لأي غرض كان.
6. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها (حقوق المستخدم)
أنت تمتلك السيطرة الكاملة على بياناتك:
* مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات: نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما كان حسابك نشطاً لتقديم الخدمة لك. في حال عدم استخدام الحساب لفترات طويلة جداً، قد نقوم بأرشفة البيانات، ولكنها تظل ملكاً لك.
* التعديل والحذف الداخلي: يمكنك تعديل أو حذف أي عملية، شروة، أو حساب عميل/مورد/موظف في أي وقت، وسيقوم النظام بتحديث البيانات فوراً.
* كيفية طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات نهائياً: يحق لك طلب حذف حسابك وكافة بياناتك بجميع تفاصيلها من خوادمنا بشكل نهائي. يمكنك القيام بذلك بسهولة عن طريق الضغط على زر "حذف الحساب" الموجود داخل إعدادات التطبيق، أو من خلال إرسال طلب حذف إلى البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الواتساب الموضح أدناه، وسيتم مسح بياناتك نهائياً خلال فترة لا تتجاوز 7 أيام عمل.
7. التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيتم إشعارك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر الإشعارات المنبثقة داخل التطبيق.
